PURPOSE:To obtain the magnet having a high anticorrosive property without impairing magnetic characteristics by a method wherein zinc or its alloy is added to an Fe-Nd-B plastic magnet composition molded body. CONSTITUTION:An alloy having the composition of Fe:79.5, Nd:13.0, B:6.0, Si:1.0 and Al:0.5 is formed into alloy powder. Epoxy resin and a hardening agent are added to this powder, metal zinc powder is added thereto, they are kneaded, compression-molded, and a plastic magnet is manufactured. As zinc based metals, other than metallic, alloys such as zinc and magnesium, calcium, aluminum, lead, are included. |
