PURPOSE:To improve the operability by providing a display control means for displaying a state wherein when the recording of one recording means is completed, the recording of the other recording means is incomplete. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a 1st recording means 11 which copies the entire area of an original in one specific color and an area specifying means 12 which specifies one or plural areas on the original. Then the device is provided with a 2nd recording means 13 which performs recording in the specified areas in colors other than the one specific color and a display control means 15 which detects the end of the recording of the 2nd recording means 11 or 13 and displays the instruction for the recording of the other recording means. Then an operator is enabled to send a form which is discharged from the machine once into the machine by the instruction of the display control means 15, and consequently marking processing is made possible. Consequently, the operability is improved. |
