<p>PURPOSE:To realize an exact and stable system, while preventing a sensor from being formed large in size and being complicated by connecting two pieces among three pieces of pyroelectricity detecting bodies so as to negate the charges generated by them, respectively, to each other, and suppressing the generation of an erroneous signal caused by a disturbance. CONSTITUTION:A pyroelectric type infrared-ray sensor 20 is formed by a tantalic acid lithium crystal, etc., for generating a charge in accordance with the variation quantity of an incident infrared-ray, and on the surface and the reverse side, three pieces of pyroelectricity detecting bodies 1a, 1b and 2a having a pair of electrodes are placed about in one line at an interval. The adjacent detecting bodies 1a, 1b are connected in parallel so as to negate an internal charge generated from them, respectively, and constitutes an element 1 for outputting a first signal. Also, the detecting body 2a constitutes an element 2 for outputting a second signal, of one piece thereof. In such a way, in the adjacent detecting bodies 1a, 1b among three pieces of detecting bodies 1a, 1b and 2a which have been arranged about in one line, the charges generated due to a temperature variation rate negate each other in the respective detecting bodies, therefore, the possibility that an erroneous signal is generated is reduced.</p> |
