An electrical roller bearing having inner and outer races (11), (12), a plurality of rollers (13) inserted between these two races, and seal members (15) for sealing the space between the two races, each of the seal members (15) being fixed to one of the two races and resiliently and slidingly contacting a seal sliding wall surface (18) formed in opposition to the other end portion of the seal member, characterized in that the free end portion (19) of each seal member (15) is bent toward the outer side of the bearing, the seal member (15) slidingly contacting the seal sliding wall surface (18) at this bent portion (20). Owing to this construction, a low, stable rotary torque of the bearing can be obtained, and the sealing performance of the bearing can be improved. This bearing is installed in a steering system of an automobile and a bearing device around which electric machines and devices are arranged. |
