ANTI-CORROSION PIGMENTS BASED ON ALKALINE EARTH HYDROGEN PHOSPHATES

摘要

Anti-corrosion pigments based on alkaline earth hydrogen phosphates contain 20 mol % to 60 mol % of alkaline earth carbonate, the remaining portion being composed of the alkaline earth hydrogen phosphate of the same alkaline earth metal. A process for producing these pigments includes the transformation in a known manner of alkaline earth carbonate and phosphoric acid in the desired molar ratio with respect to each other. These anti-corrosion pigments are used for protecting aluminium substrates against corrosion, in particular to prevent filiform corrosion of aircraft coating layers.
