The sanitary connection takes place on a connection housing (1) with connection part (11) and housing part (10). The housing part (10) has an axial bore (15) into which a distributor (2) is rotatably inserted. By means of a central bore (18), a connection-stub pair (12, 12') is drilled in the radial direction, this resulting in formation of a through-passage (19). By means of a pin (21), the distributor (2) engages into the bore (18) and, by means of a surface (23) which is set back with respect to the end surface (22) of the pin (21), forms, with the base (17) of the bore (15), an annular duct (24) which communicates with the second connection-stub pair (13, 13'). Centrically between two through-lines (25, 26) which open off-centre, the distributor (2) has a blind hole (28). By means of screws (30), a retaining plate (29) is screwed on the wall of the connection housing (1) such that it lies over the distributor (2). The opening which lies over the blind hole (28) and is located in the retaining plate (29) is configured as a threaded hole (33) and serves to receive a bolt (46), the head (45) of which is secured rigidly in a bore (44) in the fitting (4) by means of an eccentric pin (49). Consequently, the water-channelling parts, such as nipples (3, 3') and distributor (2), are relieved and the force flux moves from the fitting (4), via the bolt (46), into the retaining plate (29) and, via the screws (30), into the connection housing (1). <IMAGE>
