PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistance by providing a thin ferromagnetic metallic film layer essentially consisting of cobalt on a substrate, providing a cobalt passive layer on the surface of this thin ferromagnetic metallic film layer and further, providing a lubricating agent layer contg. an org. matter oxidizing agent on the cobalt passive layer. CONSTITUTION:The thin ferromagnetic metallic film layer 11 essentially consisting of the cobalt is formed on the substrate 1 and the cobalt passive layer 12 is provided on the surface of this thin ferromagnetic metallic film layer 1; further, the lubricating agent layer 13 contg. the org. matter oxidizing agent is formed on the cobalt passive layer 12. The reduction of the cobalt passive layer 12 in the atm. contg. corrosive gases such as SO2 having a reducing property is thereby suppressed and the corrosion resistance of the thin ferromagnetic metallic film layer 11 is improved. The lubricating effect is simultaneously exhibited by the lubricating agent contained in the lubricating agent layer, by which the durability is improved. |
