The invention relates to a screen 10 for bridging a gap 6 between one or more timber bundles 4 and a wall 2 in a drying chamber for the purpose of concentrating the drying-air circulation through the timber bundles 4, the screen 10 being mounted on the wall 2. The screen 10 is flexible in an inner portion 11 closest to the wall, rigid in a central portion 12 and flexible in an outer portion 14, the outer portion 14 of the screen being intended to make contact with the timber bundles 4 so that the gap 6 is bridged. The screen provides effective bridging of large gaps and is particularly deformation- resistant. <IMAGE> |
