A one-way valve comprising flat resilient members (12, 14) in face-to-face relationship which are bonded upon two generally parallel tracks (16, 18) defining a passageway (20) therebetweeen, where the tracks have a tortuous profile along their inner edges, and optionally, where the passageway is creased and/or wetted.
