At the other side of the capacity coupling member D2 of the panel, an insulated driving wave feeding bus 24-1 is formed to hold an electrode end 26b from both sides, for example. In the D2 coupling, an integration structure of coupling unit capacity C is formed in the manner same as the coupling D1, and the accuracy of the gap is made in an accurate value.
