PURPOSE:To simultaneously, accurately and mixedly form pits whose widths and depths are different on the same medium by adjusting independently respective modulating systems and optical systems. CONSTITUTION:Constitution is executed so that plural light beams to pass through plural different modulating systems (light modulators) 3 and 4 and optical systems (beam shaking devices) 5 and 6 are mixed by an optical mixer 7, converged on one point on a medium 9 by a single objective lens 8 and recorded. The delay of the beams by the respective modulators 3 and 4 and the respective beam shaping devices 5 and 6 is observed by a detector 11 and the correcting adjustments of a signal generator 12, the respective modulator 3 and 4 and the respective beam shaping devices 5 and 6 are executed. Thus, since the adjustments can be independently executed, the pits having required widths and depths can be formed accurately and mixedly. |
