<p>The invention concerns a tip construction for a reference electrode comprising a pressure-resistant body tube (1), and a porous plug (3) electrically connecting the system that is being measured and the solution (2) in said body tube. As taught by the invention, the body tube (1) is pressure-tightly closed at its end (4) and the plug (3) is located transversally to the body tube so that the pressure in the system acts on the plug from opposite sides so that the resultant force due to pressure acting on the plug is zero.</p> |
