DOORSTOP

A doorstop (25) to prevent the opening of a door. The doorstop (25) includes a leg (30) which is held flush against the door (33) by foot (31) which fits under the door edge, a strut (32), the upper end of which is hingedly attached to the leg (30) with a floor engaging means (39) at the lower end of the strut (32). The strut (32) is made up of two detachable arms (34, 40). Lower arm (40) may be detached from upper arm (34) and rotated through 180 DEG and re-attached to the upper arm, in order to choose an appropriate floor engaging means (39) at the lower point of lower arm (40).
