PURPOSE:To improve the blowing efficiency and to save the power consumption by providing hollows to supplement the shortage of the casing sprial increasing section area to both the casing of a sirocco fan and a mouth ring. CONSTITUTION:An integral type air conditioner 1 furnishes an evaporator 2, a sirocco fan 3, a casing 4, and a mouth ring 9 at the inner side of the room, and a condenser 5, a propeller fan 6, an electric motor 7 for blower, and a compressor 8 at the outer side of the room. In this case, a hollow 4a to supplement the shortage of the casing spiral increasing section area is formed to the casing 4 to accomodate the sirocco fan, and a hollow 9a to supplement the shortage of the casing spiral increasing section area is formed to the mouth ring 9 in the same manner. As a result, it is made possible to apply a relatively large diameter of sirocco fan and to produce a same level of air volume in a low rotation frequency. |
