<p>PURPOSE:To heighten the efficiency of a motor and to save energy consumption by setting the idling revolution/starting torque slightly larger than the maximum output revolution/minimum torque of a supply reel. CONSTITUTION:A tape 30 travels with a tape tension Pr and a traveling speed V and a reel 20 revolves with a revolving torque Tr and revolutions Nr. The idling revolution Nm0/starting torque Tm0 of a motor 10 is set slight larger than the maximum output revolution Nrmax/minimum torque Trmin of a supply reel 20. That is to say, since the maximum value of the revolutions Nr/revolving torque Tr of the reel 20 is the Nrmax/Trmin, finally, Nm0/Tm0>Nrmax/Trmin becomes a condition. Thus, high efficiency is obtained, a constant back tension is given to the tape 30 and it can be traveled with a constant speed. The energy consumption can be also reduced.</p> |
