PURPOSE:To improve the stability and the sensitivity of the titled material by composing a metallic thin layer and a photosensitive layer capable of being developed with an alkaline aqueous solution of a specified substance. CONSTITUTION:The metallic thin film and said photosensitive layer are composed of at least one kind of compds. selected from each groups (a) methyl methacrylate, styrene, acrylonitrile and tert. butyl methacrylate, (b) n-butyl acrylate, 2-ethyl hexyl acrylate and dodecyl methacrylate and (c) a copolymerizable org. acid. And, the titled material is composed of the photosensitive resin contg. 40-60wt.% a copolymer comprising 40-80wt.% the component (a), 5-20wt.% the component (b) and 15-40wt.% the component (c) as a copolymerization ratio, and 10-60wt.% an ethylenic unsatd. compd. and 1-20wt.% a photopolymerization initiator. Thus, the stability and the sensitivity of the titled material are improved. |
