Buckle for clamping frame-saw blades for the cutting of extremely thin plates/boards, having thickened portions in certain regions at the ends of the saw blades, which engage in cutouts of the buckle straps. Owing to the greater length of the cutouts than that of the thickened portions, the saw blades in the buckle can be moved in their position and thus the resulting tensioning force can be shifted in its position in the saw blade.
