An injection molded angle product comprises a groove 30 formed along the inner edge portion between the two walls 10, 20. The shape of the groove 30 is preferably U-shaped in cross-sectional, the width and depth of the U-shaped groove being 30 to 60% of the wall thickness of the angle product. The groove 30 is formed during the moulding process, its purpose being to allow the material in the edge region R to cool more rapidly than the material of the walls 10, 20 when the moulded article is removed from the mould. This prevents the angle formed between the walls 10, 20 during moulding from getting smaller during such cooling. Reinforcing ribs 40 may be provided across the groove. <IMAGE>
