PURPOSE:To automatically determine a transferred destination by deciding which work station sends circulating data and using a transferred destination converting table for instructing a concrete destination based on a deciding condition applied based upon the attribution of the circulating data. CONSTITUTION:When data are inputted from a work station 1A corresponding to an employee A, a host processor 2A indexes a transferred destination conversion table 3A from a destination such as 'to Section Manager' on a slip and the work station 1A and the ID of a work station corresponding to 'Section Manager in a certain section' is written in the circulating data. Consequently, the slip is transferred to the concrete transferred destination.
