PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having light weight and excellent adhesivity to various raw materials and exhibiting various effects such as heat- insulation, heat-retaining, sound-shielding, prevention of dropwise condensation, etc., by adding a cement and an foaming agent to a water-soluble polymer or a water-dispersible polymer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) a water-soluble polymer (e.g. PVA, methylcellulose or polyacrylic acid) and/or a water-dispersible polymer (e.g. vinyl acetate polymer, acrylic polymer or vinyl chloride polymer) and (B) cement and (C) a foaming agent (e.g. nitron-type or sulfohydrazide-type agent). |
