PURPOSE:To prevent the illegal use of a card since the recording of the magnetic card does not indicate a correct ID number even when an illegal gainer reads the recording of the magnetic card in any method by coding the ID number and the value information of the magnetic card and recording them. CONSTITUTION:In a card issuing machine 11 for issuing the card 10, an encipherment means 13 for coding the value information and outputting a cipher identifying code displaying the type of the encipherment and a writing means for writing said cipher identifying code and the coded value information are provided. In a card using machine 12, a reading means 15 for reading the cipher identifying code recorded on the magnetic card 10 and the coded value information and a decoding means 16 for decoding the value information based on the read cipher identifying code are provided. Accordingly, the illegal gainer cannot know the correct value information since the information of a magnetic stripe is coded nor use the card. |
