PURPOSE:To remove sticking to a wall for short time by changing the pattern for charging raw material from furnace top in blast furnace operation and making the coke ratio at marginal part of the furnace largely. CONSTITUTION:The raw material is charged from the furnace top in the blast furnace operation. The pattern for charging the raw material is repeated to as C, C, O', c, O, -C, C, O', c, O (wherein, C: coke, O: ore, c: little quantity of coke, O': charging ore concentrated to the furnace center). Then, O/C ratio at the marginal part of the furnace is reduced. |
