PURPOSE:To improve a cooling effect, electric insulation and abrasion resistance by providing a layer of oxide consisting of main components of alkali soil metal elements, rare soil elements, and copper formed on a base material consisting of a main component of nitride of Al. CONSTITUTION:This superconductive member consists of a base material mainly including nitride of Al and a layer of oxide consisting of M1, M2, Cu provided on it. M1 refers to at least one selected among alkali soil metal elements, and M2 refers to at least one selected among rare soil elements. That is, this superconductive member is composed of nitride of Al having characteristics of heat conductivity, electric insulation, abrasion resistance and a high strength, and oxide consisting of alkali soil metal elements, rare soil elements and copper which gives superconductivity by cooling by low-cost liquid nitrogen, thereby characteristics of both are provided. |
