发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING TRANSPARENCY OF CONTAINER MADE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To make measurement accurate and rapid, by providing a light emitter on one side of a container body part while providing a photodetector on the other side thereof and receiving the transmitted light of a container by the photodetector and measuring the transparency of the container on the basis of the receiving quantity of light. CONSTITUTION:A light emitter 5 is provided on one lateral side of the body part 3 of a container 1 made of a synthetic resin having a mouth part 2 and a photodetector 6 is provided on the other side thereof and incident light is projected to the intermediate part of the body part 3 from the light emitter 5 while the moth part 2 is held to a rotary state. Herein, the incident light is set to visible light having a wavelength of about 480mum. The transmitted light passing through the container 1 is received by the photodetector 6 and the transparency of the container 1 is measured on the basis of the quantity of the light received by the photoreceptor 6. By this method, the container 1 can be rotated in a stable state and the direction of incident light to the container 1 is stabilized to make it possible to accurately measure transparency.
