PURPOSE:To shorten the waiting time due to the mechanical operation of an external memory, etc., and to improve the starting efficiency of a down-load system, by transferring down-load data to a down-load device from the external memory after storing the data temporarily in a storing memory. CONSTITUTION:A data storing memory 1b is set between an external memory 2 and down-load devices 3 and 4. When the down-load data is transferred to the devices 3 and 4, the data is read temporarily into the memory lb from the memory 2 and then transferred to the devices 3 and 4 from the memory 1b. Thus the starting of the external memory can be cut down only to the first one for readout of the data to the memory 1b. As a result, the undesired waiting time is eliminated.
