PURPOSE:To improve workability in manufacturing cable by providing a projection material supply hole having a predetermined degree of angle to a groove for the projection of a nozzle having a projection, and setting the lengths of parallel parts of the nozzle with the projection and the groove to be in a specified relation. CONSTITUTION:A projection material supply hole 16 is provided at an angle to a groove 14 for the projection of a nozzle with a projection. Relation between the length L of a parallel part of the nozzle 8b with a projection and the length of a parallel part of the groove 14 is set to be L>l. Colored projection material 9 is extruded from the screw of an auxiliary extruder to go through the nozzle of the auxiliary extruder to the groove 14, so the whole projection is extruded as a color belt projection 13 of the color belt material 9 only without receiving pressure of sheath material extruded from a main extruder. In this constitution, need of positioning between the nozzle of the auxiliary extruder and the groove 14 is eliminated, and workability in manufacturing cable is improved. |
