PURPOSE:To suppress deterioration due to heat in a recording layer and to maintain junction between a substrate and a resin film satisfactorily for a long time by heating the seal bar of an impulse sealer by permitting the current to flow monetarily, and welding and jointing the resin film on the non-recording area of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:A soft disk shape resin film 12 in whose center a hole part 11 is provided is superposed on the surface of the recording layer 14 side of a disk shape resin substrate 17 whose recording area 14 is provided between the non-recording areas 15 and 16 at the inner peripheral and outer peripheral sides, respectively. Next, the result is arranged between the seal bars 19 and 20 at the inner and outer peripheral sides of the impulse sealer 10 and a receiving jig 21. And after pressurizing it, the seal bars 19 and 20 are heated by permitting the large current to flow momentarily, then, the resin film 12 is welded and jointed on the inner peripheral side non-recording area 15 and the outer peripheral side nom-recording area 16 of the substrate 17. In such a way, it is possible to prevent the recording layer 14 from being deteriorated due to the influence of the heat, and to maintain satisfactory junction for a long period. |
