<p>PURPOSE:To improve the control efficiency for collection/delivery vehicles by displaying business contacts including the collection of cargoes, etc., received from an office to the drivers of vehicles and at the same time providing a terminal on each vehicle so that the driver of the vehicle can supply the vehicle condition, information on the end of cargo collection/delivery, etc. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 11 processes at an office cargo collection/ delivery information like consignor information, cargo collection information, vehicle information, etc., in the cargo collection/delivery service of transport business. While the on-vehicle terminals 21-24 display the business contact including cargo collection instructions, etc., given from an office to the drivers of vehicles based on the information on the cargo collection/delivery that are processed by the computer 11. The driver of the vehicle supplies the condition of the vehicle, the information on the end of the cargo collection, etc., to the computer 11. Thus data are transferred between the computer 11 and the terminals 21-24 via the radio communication systems 15 and 25. Thus it is possible to improve the control efficiency of the cargo collection/delivery vehicles based on the simple input of said vehicle states, information on the end of cargo collection/delivery, etc., carried out by the vehicle drivers.</p> |
