PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust the number of workers in accordance with the number of merchandise, by reading a memory card for the merchandise sent to a destining zone so as to indicate a destining address on a carrier vehicle, and by loading merchandise onto the carrier vehicle in accordance with the content of the indication. CONSTITUTION:A bar code reader 3 reads a bar code on a bucket arriving at an introduction area 2, and a card writer 4 stores the bar code in a memory card which is then attached to the bucket and is sent by a conveyer 7 so as to read at content of the memory card by means of a card reader 8. A conveyer control device 9 transfers it to a zone to which the bucket is destined, and introduces it into a chute 7A in a storing area 10 in accordance with thus read data. A card reader in a sorting zone 10 reads the card data, and a zone control device 16 indicates thus read data on an indicator on the associated carrier vehicle 2 or a zone indicator. The workers observes the energized indicate, and charges merchandise onto the carrier vehicle 12. Thereby it is possible to cope with increases and decreases in the number of merchandise. |
