PURPOSE:To arbitrarily move an image segment position by storing seal registering image data in an image displaying plain memory, storing a frame ruled line display control code in a code displaying plain memory, and moving the frame ruled line by an input from a keyboard. CONSTITUTION:The seal registering image data read from an image scanner 4 are stored in an image displaying plain memory 6. Further, the dot pattern of the frame ruled line is prepared by a character font preparing mechanism 7 by storing the frame ruled line displaying control code in a code displaying plain memory 5. The data of this image displaying plain memory 6 and the dot pattern of the frame ruled line are superimposed each other with a displaying mechanism 8, and a display 9 is displayed. A segment frame is decid ed and displayed with a keyboard 3. |
