PURPOSE:To stabilize an containing dye, organic dyestuff or high polymer compound to light rays, by blending the organic base substance having the absorption maximum in a specific wavelength range with a specific complex. CONSTITUTION:(A) An organic base substance (e.g. dyestuff or dye) having the absorption maximum in a wavelength range of 300-2,000nm is blended with (B) a complex shown by formula I and/or formula II {[Cat] is cation required to make the complex neutral; n is 1 or 2; M is Cu, Co, Ni, Pd or Pt; R is (substituted)alkyl, aryl, heterocyclic ring or two Rs in the same ligand may be mutually bonded to form a ring} so that the organic base substance is stabilized to light rays. |
