<p>Topical compsns. for treatment of psoriosis comprise 0.01-4 wt.% dithranol (I), 0.01-5 wt.% of a water-soluble and oil-insoluble acid (II), 0.1-10 wt.% of a water-soluble and acid-stable anionic emulsifier (III), 15-65 wt.% H2O, 5-90 wt.% oil and 0.5-20 wt.% of a fatty alcohol. (I) is 1,8-dihydroxy-9-anthrone. (II) is an acid with antioxidant properties, esp. ascorbic, citric, erythorbic, nicotinic or 3,3'-thiodipropionic acid. (III) is a sulphate, sulphinate, phosphate or carboxylate surfactant, e.g. N2 lauryl sulphate. The oil is a mineral, animal or vegetable oil, opt. mixed with a wax, opt. alkoxylated fatty acid ester and/or silicone oil.</p> |
