PURPOSE:To obtain effectively a refined solution and to enable to analyze with high accuracy, by supplying an electric current between a reservoir tank of an electrophoretic equipment and two electrode cells connected to the tank, and removing impure ions in an electrolytic solution for refining filled in the reservoir tank. CONSTITUTION:To remove impurities in a leading liquid for electrophoretic analysis or a terminal liquid, an equipment wherein electrode cells are connected to a reservoir tank 8 for the leading liquid through relay pipes 10, 10' is used. First, stop valves 14, 14' of electrode cells 9, 9' for charging and a stop valve 13 of the tank 8 for discharging are opened, and the leading liquid containing no thickener is filled up in the tank 8. Next, the valves 14, 14' are shut, and the leading liquid containing the thickener is filled from a stop valve 12 for charging to pushout the liquid containing no thickener. An electric current is supplied from a DC electric source 11, and impure ions (both anions and cations) are removed. Thus, the refined leading liquid is filled up to the leading-electrode cell 2 and a sample charging part of a electrophoretic pipe 4. The terminal liquid is refined by connecting the refining equipment of electrolytic solution to the reservoir tank 7 of terminal liquid. By this method, an analysis with a high accuracy can be obtd. |
