The brine is cooled by brine circulation pump (5) and a brine cooler (6), and is filled up in the brine tank (7). The brine is condensed by another refrigerant which is circulated in the evaporation part. And this refrigerant is condensed by cooling water which is circulated by the cooling water circulation pump (10) and cooling tower (11). The cooled brine is supplied in the cooling unit (14) of refrigerator car.
