PURPOSE:To enable a transport vehicle to be inhibited from coming into contact with a fixed member while absorbing a shock by providing a superconducting coil in a side of the fixed member and a superconducting coil, which generates a line of magnetic force in the repulsive direction against the former superconducting coil, in the transport vehicle. CONSTITUTION:Setting up guard rails (fixed member) 2 in both sides of a road on which a vehicle 1 is driven running serving as the transport vehicle, a substrate 4 is mounted to be glued along the lengthwise direction to a side surface of the guard rail 2 in its road side. This substrate 4 mounts a number of superconducting coils 3 in a condition that the coils are electrically connected in a closed loop state. While mounting two or more sheets of substrates 6 to be glued to both lateral sides of the vehicle in a linear condition in almost the same height to the above described substrate 4, a superconducting coil 5, which generates a line of magnetic force in the repulsive direction to the above described superconducting coil 3, is mounted to each substrate 6 in a condition that the coil 5 is electrically connected in a closed loop state. And by a Meissner effect in which lines of magnetic force, generate from each superconducting coils 3, 5, are cancelled by each other, the vehicle 1 is prevented from coming into contact with the guard rail 2. |
