摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to operate stably an AC excitation synchronous machine and a DC excitation synchronous machine by controlling the AC excitation synchronous machine according to a phase difference in a big-fluctuation point in the time of system fluctuation. CONSTITUTION:An AC excitation synchronous machine 1 and a DC excitation synchronous machine 21 are connected to a system in a jumble. In normal time the power fluctuation does not generate, a speed/voltage control circuit 13 controls a cycloconverter 8 and a governor 16 connected to the secondary side of the AC excitation synchronous machine 1 according to an output signal of a reactive power setting 12 which inputs a signal of a terminal of the AC excitation synchronous machine 1. On the other hand, when power fluctuation is detected by a power shaking detection circuit 27, the cycloconverter 8 and the governor 16 are controlled according to an output signal of a voltage/ reactive power setting 19 which inputs a signal of a terminal of the DC excitation synchronous machine 21.
