PURPOSE:To surely inform information to a center, by issuing a signal when an integration time of a monitoring signal of H level arrives at a first prescribed time, cutting off the signal when it arrives at a second prescribed time, storing it in a transmitter, and transmitting it by sampling at a transmission timing. CONSTITUTION:Continuous monitoring signals (a) are inputted to an AND30 and an AND with inversion, and pulses (c) and (g) are obtained by the scanning pulse (b) of a pulse generator 32, respectively, and counted by counters 35 and 33. When the value (d) of the counter 35 exceeds the decided value of a setting part 34, a signal (f) of H level is generated. When the value (e) of the counter 33 exceeds the decided value of the setting part 34, the counter 35 is reset, and the signal (f) is set at an L level. The counter 33 is set at the leading edge of the monitoring signal (a). The output signal (f) of a comparison part 37 is stored in the register 3 of the transmitter 1, and is sampled at the next transmission timing, and is sent to the center. By constituting a device in such way, no rare monitoring signal of short time is informed, and it is possible to inform the information to the center when a generated integration time arrives at prescribed time. |
