PURPOSE:To make it possible to lock differential function of a differential device by supporting a epicyclic gear mechanism at one drive shaft to be freely rotatably, and connecting a differential gear case with one drive shaft by discharge pressure of a liquid pressure pump. CONSTITUTION:If one wheel is caught in mud or the like where void run occurs, relative rotation difference between a differential gear case 1 and a sun gear 34 becomes large relatively to relative rotation difference between the differential gear case 1 and a first drive shaft 2a, and at this large relative rotation speed, a liquid pressure pump 4 is driven. A discharge pressure from the liquid pressure pump 4 can thus be increased sufficiently, and a clutch 5 is securely operated, so the differential gear case 1 and one first drive shaft 2a can be engaged with each other automatically and surely. Differential function of the differential device can thus be locked.
