PURPOSE:To prevent noise and heat from being generated and miniaturize a device, by determining the working order of an electromagnetic contactor and solid-state relays properly. CONSTITUTION:At the closing time of a power source, the contacts of solid-state relays 64, 65, 66 are closed and current is fed, and a capacitor 25 is charged. When the charge is almost completed, the contacts 61, 62, 63 of an electromagnetic contactor are closed. In this case, little current flows, and no noise is generated. After that, the contacts of the solid-state relays 64, 65, 66 are released, and the contact 23 of the electromagnetic contactor is closed, and feed to a power module 27 is started. At the time of stopping the feed, the power module 27 is stopped, and discharge from the capacitor 25 is performed, and the contact 23 of an electromagnetic switch is opened, and after that, the contacts 61, 62, 63 of the electromagnetic contactor are released. Discharge from the capacitor 25 is finished, and so noise is not generated. After that, the solid-state relays 64, 65, 66 are set to be ON for a short time only. |
