PURPOSE:To improve characteristics within range of high speed when a motor is used by high frequency by providing a current delay observer to operate a lagging amount of command current by means of constant of the motor. CONSTITUTION:An output signal of a speed detection signal generation circuit 7 is inputted to a motor current delay observer 12. Sinalpha and cosalpha, which are each of the current delay functions of the current delay observer 12, are obtained by operation, and sinalpha is outputted to the multipliers 13(b) and 14(b), cosalpha is outputted to the multiplier 13(a) and 14(a). And, sintheta.cosalpha are obtained by the multiplier 13(a), costheta.sinalpha are obtained by the multiplier 13(b), and they are added by an adder Z2, then U phase current command Iu is obtained. Similarly, other V phase current Iv and W phase current Iw are obtained. |
