PURPOSE:To quickly perform change-over operation and discover the cause of an abnormal state easily, by performing the change-over operation automatically according to a change-over pattern to store the data of voltage, current, and the like on the way in the meantime, and by displaying the data at a desired point of time. CONSTITUTION:When change-over control execution is required, then by an automatic control section 12, the state of a distribution system and a system equipment is checked through a state checking means 121, and according to its result, change-over execution command, change-over stop command, mode change-over command, and abnormal state display command are generated. Then, by a change-over operating means 122, change-over operation is performed according to a change-over pattern. During the change-over operation, by a voltage and current checking means 124, incoming voltage is confirmed, and balance between the phases of the voltage and current, or the like is checked, and according to its result, the output of the change-over stop command or the like is generated. The output of the voltage and current checking means 124 is stored in a data storage means 111, and according to the need, the output is directed to a CRT display 2. |
