PURPOSE:To improve heat radiation effect, by applying winding through an insulation layer onto a tooth section of an annular core having a plurality of slots employing a magnetic printed board for mounting drive circuit parts. CONSTITUTION:Stator core 1 of a brushless motor is constructed with laminated iron boards, where an insulation layer 2 is formed integrally with the core 1 and a winding 3 is applied. Loosening of the winding 3 is prevented through shroud sections 2-1, 2-2 of the insulation layer 2. IC5 incorporating a power transistor section and a position sensor 6 are mounted on a magnetic printed board 4 while an inflated section 4a for mounting drive circuit parts such as IC5 is provided at one portion of the printed board 4 and arranged on a corresponding insulation layer 2. The printed board 4 sinks between the windings when it is fixed to the stator core 1. Consequently, the size of the printed board 4 can be reduced. |
