PURPOSE:To avoid designing of a large-size device and achieve smooth recording procedures for color images by allowing intervention of a bypass transport line of light-transmitting strip film for making a photomask plate for color separation. CONSTITUTION:A light-shielding image 22 is formed on a photosensitive drum 16 by a laser scanner unit 2 and a developing device 20 following the rotation of the photosensitive drum 16 and movement of light-transmitting member 25 to a direction A. Then the light-shielding image 22 is transferred to the light-transmitting member by a transfer roller 26. The light-transmitting member 25 is transported to a position opposed to an exposure unit 6 subsequent to the rotation of a winding roller 24. When light is projected to photosensitive recording paper 30 through a filter part 34Y and the light-shielding image on the light-transmitting member 25 under the above-mentioned condition, a latent image is formed on recording paper 30. Rollers 35, 36 for the formation of a bypass transport line which is long enough to form a photomask plate for color separation on the light-transmitting member consisting of light-transmitting strip film, are provided between the transfer roller 26 and an exposure unit 6. Thus smooth recording of an image is achieved. |
