CONSTITUTION:A signal transmitted from the first station is received by the receiver 61 of the second station, and a reception input level is added on a driving signal generator 9 via a detection control circuit 62. At this time, when it is detected that a reception level is lower than a reference level, a prescribed pattern of driving signal is sent to a control signal inserting circuit 42, and is sent to the first station via a transmitter 41. At the first station, the driving signal is separated by a driving signal separating circuit 81, and the signal is sent by the transmission SD system by operating an SD transmitter 53. When it is detected that the reception level is higher than the reference level at the driving signal generating circuit 9 of the second station, a transmission system is switched from the transmission SD system to the single system by cutting off the driving signal.
