PURPOSE:To enable image formation by a simultaneous method and the transfer of the image to plain paper by using a toner contg. a superconductive material and by cooling the toner to the critical temp. of the superconductive material or below at the time of development and heating the toner to the critical temp. or above at the time of transfer. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive belt 4 consisting of a photoconductor layer 1, a transparent conductor layer 2 and a transparent base layer 3 moves in an arrow direction and is subjected to exposing 7 by an optical writing head 6. The one-component magnetic brush formed by a magnet roller 10 and a sleeve 9 is cooled by a cooler 8. The resistance of the toner is lowered by the superconductive material dispersed therein and is brought into contact with the photoconductor layer 1 in the exposed part by which development is executed at this time. The toner after the development is heated to the critical temp. or above by a heater 12 to have an insulating characteristic and the rear side of transfer paper 13 is irradiated with an electric charge by a corona transfer device 14 so that the toner is transferred by electrostatic force. |
