PURPOSE:To suppress the fluctuation of system voltage and enable reactive power to be stably controlled, by connecting a dead zone circuit for cutting slight power oscillation due to the mechanical system of a synchronous machine, to the output section of a system stabilizer. CONSTITUTION:When a synchronous generator 10 is connected to a power system 2, then a system stabilizer 6 is set, and to the output stage of the system stabilizer 6, a dead zone circuit 7 is connected. So far as the characteristic of the dead zone circuit 7 is concerned, the value of responding to no continuous little power oscillation generated from the mechanical system of the synchronous machine 10 is set by a dead zone setting unit 8, and the only oscillation signal of a fixed value or more is inputted to an AVR9 is. As a result, power oscillation to be basically controlled is inputted to the AVR9 as it is, and can be suppressed, and unnecessary slight power oscillation is cut, and so system power can be stabilized further. |
