摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To quicken the setting time of power and speed by controlling a cycloconverter connected to the secondary side of an AC excitation synchronous machine by means of a speed deviation signal in the time of operating of power generation and by means of a power deviation signal in the time of operating of pumping-up. CONSTITUTION:In the time of operating of power generation, the alteration circuits 12, 13 and 14 come into contact with the upper side. Accordingly, a cycloconverter 4 connected to the secondary side of an AC excitation synchronous machine is controlled according to a deviation from an output command value P0, a speed command value N0 corresponding to a fall H and a speed signal N. And, a guide vane is controlled in accordance with a deviation from a frequency command F0 and a frequency signal F. In the time of operating of pumping-up, the alteration circuits 12, 13 and 14 come into contact with the lower side. Accordingly, the cycloconverter 4 is controlled according to the deviation from the output command value P0 and an output signal P, and the guide vane is controlled according to the deviation from the speed command value N0 and the speed signal N.</p>
