PURPOSE:To input a vibration waveform generated by the engagement between both gears optionally by providing an A counter with a frequency setter and varying the input timing of rotation pulses freely by varying the set value of the setter. CONSTITUTION:A gear device 2 is so constituted that an A gear 6 supported rotatably in a case 4 and a C gear engage each other, a 1st sensor 10 is fitted to the case 4, and the vibration of the case 4 is detected by the 1st sensor 10 to obtain the vibration waveform 12. A mark 14 and a 2nd sensor 16 are provided on the shaft of a C gear 8 so as to detect the reference point of the rotation of the C gear 8 to be diagnosed, and the rotation pulses 18 with a period TC is detected. The abnormality diagnostic device 20 which inputs the vibration waveform 12 and rotation pulse 18 consists of the A counter 22 which counts the rotation pulses 18 and outputs an A signal 30 at intervals of a numeral TA set by a rotation setter 28, a B counter 24 which functions similarly, and an arithmetic display part 36 which inputs and averages the vibration waveform 12. |
