PURPOSE:To enable to control an idling rotation number promptly by learning a feed-back correction volume and setting a learning correction volume for correcting a basic conrol value and taking a correlation with a target rotation number. CONSTITUTION:An idling control valve is provided in an auxiliary air passage bypassing a throttle valve of an intenal-combustion engine. A correcting means of a learning correction volume takes a weighing average of a feed-back correction volume and a learning correction volume to renew the data of the same rotating number in RAM for using it as its new learning correction volume. A control value computing means computes a control value of a duty ratio of a pulse signal by adding the feed-back correction volume and the learning correction volume to a basic control value. In this way, a correlation with a target rotating number is taken, so that a prompt control of an idling rotation number is possible as well as to improve the stability of the idling rotation. |
