PURPOSE:To reduce a crosstalk noise, by connecting a ground layer or a power supply layer only to a cloth having elasticity and conductivity, which is disposed such that it may be along with the configuration of an insulating cable and its one part may be inserted between adjacent insulating cables. CONSTITUTION:A power supply layer 2 or a ground layer 3 is formed using a copper laminated plate and an adhesive layer 4 is laminated on an insulating plate 1 having the layer 2 or 3. Then, a cloth 6 having conductivity is adhered on a structure material with the adhesive insulating layer 7. Then, an insulating cable 5 is placed by a wiring machine. The cloth 6 is adhered with the insulating layer 7 on the placed surface and a separation type film 10, an Si rubber sheet 11, a film 10, a cushion paper 12 and a mirror plate 13 are disposed thereon and heated and pressed to apply elasticity to the cloth 6 having conductivity and to fix it along the sectional configuration of the insulating cable 5. Then, an unnecessary part is removed by laser beam, a hole is made and a metal layer is formed in the side wall of the hole by electroless plating to be electrically connected to the power supply layer 2 or the layer 3. |
